實地丈量空間尺寸，並檢查結構、管線、採光與現況限制；完成基礎圖面，作為規劃與估價依據。
Layout, circulation and design direction are developed together, then refined through drawings and material references.
提出平面配置、生活動線與整體設計方向，透過圖面、實景案例及材質樣本溝通；逐輪調整後確認定案。
The approved scope, material standards, budget and programme are set out in one accountable agreement.
確認服務範圍、材料等級、工程預算與執行時程，並於合約中明訂雙方權責、付款節點及交付內容。
Every elevation, ceiling, joinery and lighting detail is resolved alongside the final material and furnishing selections.
深化立面、天花、櫃體、燈光及機電細節，同步確認建材、設備、傢俱與軟裝，完成可供施工的整套圖說。
Construction is managed through scheduled inspections, final handover and continued aftercare.
依進度進行現場管理、品質查驗與分階段驗收；完工後辦理交屋說明，並提供後續售後及保固服務。
設計採「設計費＋工程費」分階段收取，依空間坪數與服務範圍評估，首次諮詢後提供正式報價。（設計費級距是否公開，待業主確認）
